What happens when you press start

  1. Remi® asks what is going on

    A few questions, in your own words. No forms, no score to reach before anyone talks to you.

  2. You get something to do tonight

    Usually a short exercise or a course to start. If you want to stop and come back, the thread is still there.

  3. A clinician picks it up if it needs one

    If what you say suggests risk, a named clinician takes responsibility. You are told when that happens.

Who can see what you write

Your employer and your NHS service never see what you type. They see that the service is being used, in numbers that cannot identify you. If risk is identified, our clinical team acts on it, and we tell you.

Given an access code

If your employer or your NHS service gave you a code, enter it in the app on the first screen. There is nothing to set up here.
